3. User Responsibilities

3.1. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.

3.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations (including local electrical safety rules when applicable).

3.3. You must not circumvent security controls, reverse engineer, resell, or tamper with our systems or with any charging infrastructure connected to our platform.

3.4. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (e.g., account details, billing information, site/asset data).

4. Privacy and Data Use

7.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms or if required by law or regulatory authorities.

7.2. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law).
