When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

When You first visit the Website, a cookie banner (provided by Cookiebot) asks which categories of cookies You accept. Tools in a category You have not accepted are not loaded, and set no cookies.

Necessary — always on

  • Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S, Denmark) stores Your cookie choice in a cookie so the banner does not appear on every page. Lawful basis: necessary to provide the Service and to record Your consent.

Statistics — only with Your consent

  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) uses cookies to measure how visitors use the Website, such as which pages are visited and for how long. Lawful basis: Your consent.

Marketing — only with Your consent

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) uses cookies to measure the results of Our LinkedIn campaigns and to show relevant ads to Website visitors on LinkedIn. Lawful basis: Your consent.
  • Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) uses cookies to link visits to the Website with Our email newsletter. Lawful basis: Your consent.

Cookieless statistics

  • Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc.) counts page views without cookies and without storing anything on Your Device. A visit is identified by a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, so it cannot recognise You on later days or on other websites. Lawful basis: Our legitimate interest in knowing how the Website is used.

Hosting

The Website is hosted by Vercel Inc. and Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web server, they process Your IP address and request details in order to deliver the Website and protect it against abuse. Lawful basis: Our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Some of these providers are based in, or transfer data to, the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can change or withdraw Your consent at any time: change cookie settings. The banner also lists every cookie, who sets it and how long it lasts.

Contact and Job Application Forms

When You use the contact form or the job application form on the Website, We receive what You enter: Your first and last name, email address and message, and for job applications, the CV You attach.

How it is handled: the form content is sent to Us by email through Resend (Resend, Inc.) and is not stored on the Website. Resend is based in the United States, and the transfer relies on the safeguards described under “Cookies and Tracking Technologies”.

Why We process it: to answer Your enquiry, or to assess Your job application. The lawful basis is Our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to Us, and for job applications, taking steps at Your request before entering into a possible employment contract.

Retention: enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and any business relationship that follows. Job applications, including CVs, are deleted no later than six months after the recruitment process has ended, unless You agree that We may keep them longer.

Store Platform Integrations

Nordic Charge fulfils orders and arranges installation on behalf of retail partners who sell through e-commerce platforms. When a partner authorises Us to connect their store, We receive Order Data from that platform. We currently support Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace.

Data We receive: the customer’s name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and the products ordered. We do not receive payment card details.

Why We process it: to deliver the ordered products, to schedule and carry out installation, and to send shipping and installation updates. The lawful basis is the performance of the contract between the partner and their customer, which We fulfil on the partner’s behalf.

Who We share it with: the installer assigned to the order, the shipping carrier, and the store platform itself when We report fulfilment and tracking information back to it. We do not sell Order Data or use it for marketing.

Platform access: for Squarespace, We request read-only access to orders and register a notification so that new orders reach Us automatically. A partner can revoke this access at any time from their Squarespace account, after which We receive no further orders from that store.

Retention: Order Data is kept for as long as needed to complete the order and meet accounting and warranty obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
